Robbing me for early settlement

I took finance in 2020 for my vehicle and interest was added in for 6 years.i called in for a settlement,please note it's 2 years to go and working interest off from the initial loan would be R36000,interest has gone up over the years,so should be more.Standard bank gave me less R13000.i was appalled as they basically gaining more than R23000 on interest.Yusif a team leader said it was escalated and they declined to lower it,only if I refinance another vehicle they would reduce my settlement which is nonsense.My initial interest was about R107000 interest which was probably recouped due to the rates going up over the years.The bank is only looking to rob people as they dont want people to settle early and give you ridiculous settlements to insult you and make you continue to term to get more money out of you.i cant believe they do this and get away with it.i will be escalating this to the ombudsman as its 2 years early and i should be getting bare minimum R36000 off not R13000. Disgusting behaviour to your clients.
