Robbing Business

Standard Bank is proofing to me to a Robbing Business to their customers. i took up a personal loan with them in 2011 & shockingly enough my current balance is higher than the initial loan amount when the loan was taken up. i went to the Campus Squire branch not help, i logged a Complaint with them useless also.<br> they don't attend to their complains even serious ones nor even communicating to their customers to try & resolve the issue.<br> who could have believe that an institution as large as Standard Bank can demonstrate such incompetency SHOCKING!!!<br> this is how far i went to try & resolve this:<br> i escalated this issue with the following: Letrisha Pillay, Godu, Grant, Michelle & Leroy at complains dept., Ziziwe Ndiga (TL) & Luvisia.<br> this is how BAD the service is at Standard Bank they don't practice TCF at ALL
