"Your complaint is with regards to the fee of R49.20 that you were charged for a cash deposit. According to the 2019 pricing brochure (please see attached) the bank charges for cash deposits that is made inside a branch.
The reason why is because there are cost involved and the bank needs to recover the cost for the branch cash deposit. You will also notice on the pricing brochure (page 1) that part of the month fee that you are paying you can make ATM cash deposits up to R5000 and after that you are charged."

"I made my deposit at the ATM but the ATM machine had a technical error, it took my money and cancelled the transaction.after logging a call about the incident your people then deposited my money back but the deposit was made inside the branch.why? my deposit was supposed to be at the ATM in the first place."
maybe you can make it quick ?? tired of explaining 1 thing.
