Please provide me with a reference number for my complaint so that I may escalate my complaint to the banking ombudsmen. I will not be a guinea *** for your twisted ways of *****ing money from people. I signed a 12 month contract with you for repayment of my loan that you blatantly ignore me and continue to debit from my account without my permission when our loan agreement is just plain theft. NOW PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.
