****** by a greedy ATM

I withdrew R3000 from a Standard Bank ATM at the Engen Garage on the corner of Church and Gordon Roads in Hatfield Pretoria. The ATM Dispensed R200 and got jammed then Refunded my R3000 but deducted a total of R700 from my bank account. I am short of R500 and I have been pushed from pillar to post , I was told to go to ABSA , then to Standard bank and I still have not received my refund.
