****** at atm - no help, no security

Yesterday, sunday 30 March, I was ****** at the atm at Standard bank in orkney. While i was at the middle atm, a man approached me from behind and pushed buttons, acting like he wanted to help me and warn me that the machine would eat my card. The card came out and I took it. I told him to back off. I tried again and put my card in the machine. He did it again and pushed the cancel button. When I looked at him he took my card and left. I didnt notice and thought the machine had my card. It was my mothers atm card and I went to my car to phone her and tell her to stop the card. She told me she received a sms that R200.00 was drawn from her account at a capitec atm. My mother went to the police this morning to report the crime, and went to the orkney branch where she was told there is only security till 6 at night? Where was the security when I was being ******. They also said she will not get her money back. It was my fault for being ******? How does that work? They also said the cameras was broken at the atm? no security? Why arent we protected? Why is it my fault I am ****** at your atm? I demand to be helped. I demand a refund of my mothers money. And 24 hour security at the bank
