<p>So I have been a client of Standard bank for over 20 years,i have my business account with them as a savings account as well as the same account with Absa.As pe SARS,i needed a 1 year bank statement on my account.Absa produced this for me at a cost of R95,and Standard Bankcharged me R630,So the gentlemen at the branch had advised me that there will be a charge,however nobody can justify a charge of R630!!!I called the service centre,business banking and complaints department,however they all seem to resite the same thing,that the cost is R630 and it needs to be paid!!Makes me wonder why I am still with this ******* bank!!HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS AND THE TREATMENT RECEIVED.</p>
