Rip-off through Bank Charges
On 15 June 2015, six of my future dated internet payments didn't go through and I was also charged R30 per payment resulting in a total charge of R180. I sent a secure message stating this it was wrong of the bank to charge me because there was sufficient credit on the account based on the overdraft I have on the cheque account. I even sent a second message asking them to reverse the charges. The charges were not reversed, so I went into the branch on 3 July 2015 and the lady who answers secure messages referred me to the consultant (Leon). When I explained to Leon that all my future dated payments went off on the 15th and June was the first time that they were returned
