Standard bank uCount rewards suddenly less than what I had in my account. How could just how could 700 (R700) of my rewards points just disappear. Did someone ***** them or did they just expire without being notified? How pathetic, last month my point balance was 23690(R2369), and today the balance is 16935 (R1693.50)? Who can explain this discrepancy? Surely if I had points which were going to be forfeited, why didn't I get notified? I receive endless SMSs pertaining to the reward programme but no notification on points about to expire.
