Rip-off

ever since i joined SBSA , i had no joy. started with moving to fnb to them. they promised to move all my debit orders for me which the did not and i suffered penalties.<br> my biggest problem with them is double debits. i bought items worth R1474 at picadilly Lenasia , money was deducted. i received the sms and my mobile app confirmed money was out on the 24 Dec.<br> <br> 3 days later same amount debited and their statements some how auto adjust so it seems like only one transaction. same thing happened to me this Month of May i know i wont get the money back . i am still waiting for feed back from the branch manager regarding my R1474. worst bank ever. i regret moving to them. excuses all the way and the prestige hotline never emails or calls back. what a waist of my R169 monthly.
