<p>ON the 25/4/2017 i went to Standard bank and asked them to transfer E15 to Portugal for an accommodation deposit. They Charged me R216.32 for the Euros R152.00 for commission and R115.00 for the transfer. I paid cash R4832.32. Today they charged my bank account with R293.32?</p>
