<p>PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHY I MUST PAY 130 RAND PLUS BANK CHARGES TO REPLACE A CARD YOUR ATM SWOLLOWED!!!! FREAKED RIDICULOUS!!! NOT TO MENTION THE INCONVENIENCE IT PUT ME IN TO GO TO THE BANK AND GET THE NEW CARD!!!THEN ALL THE AIRTIME I USED TO PHONE AND NOT A SINGLE PERSON PICKED UP!! I DO NOT HAVE A CAR , I EARN A SMALL SALARY I HAVE TO BUY BABY STUFF WITH ! NO1 SAID YOU HAD TO PAY FOR IT WHEN I WAS THERE . NOW I AM SHORT ON MY DEBIT ORDERS!!! UTTER UTTER ******* AND COMPLETE USELESSNESS!! ENDLESS TROUBLE WITH YOU PEOPLE ! WORSE BANK EVER!!!! I would give you negative rating if I could!!</p>
