ridiculous service

Deposited money to the atm on the 6 of april got a slip saying money jamed the technicians were called promise money will be in the next day before 12 so had to deposite another 3500 for my car debit order so next dayndidint recive money when i call the bank was told need to wait 5 days but sms came to say quiry is been resolve friday already now waiting for the money till the 13th that was promise nothing now they claim that money was in everytime trying to explain i have to go deposite another money they telling me they cant see the money now im left with nothing had to borrow from someone whose doing busness in the township and i took 2000 already and in total i must pay back 3000 with the intrest and i promise to pay yesterday the 13th according to the message now will have to pay 4000 yhooooo now they cant see the money in theair system what to do now
