Ridiculous closing hours

Honestly who closes at 11Am on a Saturday? 3 attempts to collect my card and no success, maybe you should deliver them swiftly like some other bank. This is ridiculous honestly, I won't be using that card, frustrate me further by blocking my transactions and I'll gladly move my business to another bank. Also if you can integrate the cash send to an existing account holder can we just transfer tee money over the phone,be convenient for once please
