Ridiculous charges and bad service
I logged a complaint last week and I have not received feedback. I was overcharged R511 for the bank statement. That made my account to be overdrawn. My pending transaction went off and that caused ridiculous charges on my account. I was charged over R369. Need feed back and amount reversed. Otherwise this will be the end of our relationship

23 Nov 2020, 16:52Over R364 on bank charges. I'm not happy at all. This is happening for the 1st time and it wasn't discussed with me. And I feel that it's not my fault that your system allowed transactions to go off. I checked my balance always before I transact.
