RIDICULOUS CASH FINANCE CHARGES!!!!!

I have been charged a cash finance charge every month for approximatley R600.00. I have escalated this twice with no reply. I accidently paid some beneficiaries from my credit card once and transferred from my credit card into my cheque account maybe twice. The amounts were very small and definitley do not warrant a R600.00 cash finance charge in addition to the normal finance charge. Where in the world do you pay such high fees. The personal banker thta assisted me at Prestige banking also said it was rediculous and many clients have complained. I will be moving my account to another bank unless this is sorted.
