Ridiculous!!!!!

On Friday 7th Aug my husband and I went to S.bank to inform the consultant lady that we would like a settlement amount for our loan with them...We made a R10,000 loan in June 2014 over a 30 months period.Now after 14 months the amount due was still R7600 and something..We ask her what the settlement amount would be,and we expected a significantly lower amount seeing that we are paying it off in just 14 of the 30 months...more than half the period sooner!! She just told us there are NO settlement amount!? Apparently it makes no difference if we pay it off in 14 months or the full 30months..I'm sorry that is RIDICULOUS!!! Its more than half the period sooner...We have ALWAYS gotten a settlement amount with other banks! We will not leave it there.We demand a good settlement amount! Standard bank already deducted the full R7600 and some odds but we still expect a settlement amount and money back!! It feels like money wasted! The whole idea was saving money when settling our loan! Not happy at all.pathetic service.Seriously considering another bank rather... Marianka and Leroy Dean Stolsie.<br>
