Richardsbay Main Centre ATM Retained my R800

On Sunday 26 Nov 2017 at around 16:30, i went to the Standard bank main branch to deposit my accounts, i submitted R2000 into the ATM, and the ATM Returned R1200 but never returned my R800, this is a problem, standard bank has handed me over for a loan account, and now i will be in trouble again with a section 129 LETTER because i never pay, i want this money to be returned urgently as i cannot make full payment into my account
