After speaking to 3 different consultants in the homeloans and commercial property departments I was finally referred to Richard’s department for assistance as nobody else knew what a Package/Development letter is. After explaining my request to Richard he immediately knew what was required, who to call & assured me that he’s would give me feedback by the next day. I was moderately helpful of such a swift resolution..

Not only did Richard update me that same afternoon but he had the matter esolved by the next morning at 8:00am! He even took the extra steps to send the required document to the attorneys and to his homeloans department to expedite the transfer.
