Rewards systems sucks

Your rewards system is a joke. First you say that i can transfer my rewards point/cash to my tax free savings. But then i can only transfer from 250000 points. This is after i opened the account . Then your call centre tells me i can transfer as little as 2500 points to my pure save account. I then opened a pure save. And still cant transfer my points. Kindly tell me what the hell should i do. I want my rewards points as cash for savings
