Rewards for Netstar Cyber Sleuth tracker

On 6 March 2015 I purchased 2 Netstar Cyber Sleuth Trackers and should have received 600 U-Count reward points per month for each tracker. Up to 15 Aug 2015 I should have received 6480 points (163 days x [600/30 x 2]points) but to date I have only received 4200 points.<br> <br> This issue has been dragging for 5 months! Every time that I have laid a complaint I was told to wait a month to see if it is cleared up - only to find that it was not cleared up and then had to wait another month.
