Revolving loan with standard bank

I have a existing revolving account with standard then on the 14.08.2025 I made an increase on the revolving of R3000 and I got the email to say I'm approved for the loan will then get the funds within 48hrs till to date 22.09.2025, but my existing loan has increased with R3000,same as the monthly repayment has increased,they have debited twice but still I have not received the loan amount,I called countless times with no help,they always say there will get back to me but to they never do.
