Revolving loan struggles

So on the 3 rd of January i wanted to increase my revolving Loan at standard Bank i apply on line and the call came from a consul tend named Dube we went thru the hole process and i was approved for the credit increase he asked me to send proof of address to him what i did on the same day on the 9th of January i resend the proof as i did not hear from them and the money was not in my account as yet they said it would take 24 to 48 HR to show in the account still no feedback and no money on the 11th of January i went to the Bank itself to see if they can give me answers what is happening i gave the branch bank also my proof of address and they send it in as well on the 14th January i phoned to ask what is happening no strait answer was given It is now the 15th January and still no money in my account and still no replay from bank to give feedback why the money is not in the account .it is now 7 working days withe no feedback no calls no mails they say 24 to 48 HR to get the money ,they must actually say we do not want to help u
