revolving loan

I had a revolving loan with standard bank which I settled on the 25 of September I went to Standard bank branch to make sure that I close the account,the male consultant that confirmed that the account has been closed and no futher debit will go off my accoun t but the following day they debited my account when I call the call they told me that the account is open and I asked them to close it and refund me my money they transfered me from one place to onother I still don't know how I am going to get my money
