Revolving credit settlement issue
I have been flagged for non payment of a debt that i have settled over 6 months ago .I have been trying to get a settlement letter from Standard bank with no assistance. I have sent an email to personal lending recoveries as a form of escalation and nothing is happening. This is affecting my credit profile as it shows adverse effects and i cannot get certain jobs in the industry i work in. On top of that i keep getting statements saying i owe them money. I will be left with no option but to move my other standard bank related accounts at this rate. I am tired of being treated like this and dont understand what is so hard about getting me my settlement letter and closing this issue. I have posted on hello peter multiple times and yet no one is helping me
