Revolving Credit Plan - Blocked

I have since posted my complaint and to date there has been no communication from Standard Bank. This really shows how they treat their customers and how invaluable we are to them. How long does it take them to resolve an issue, I am not happy with their customer service and will ensure that everyone knows about their bad attitude towards customers.
