Revolving credit loan closure

Please can someone tell me how to cancel my revolving credit loan. I have tried emailing and no reply, I have tried phoning and after holding on for 20 minutes waiting for the right department, still no luck. Always a mission to close something with Standard Bank. Took me months to get my credit card closed and now looks like another fight.
