My appreciation goes to Portia from standard bank prestige contact centre for helping me out with my loan application. The feedback was so amazing and made sure she phones back on a promised timeframe. I app**** for a loan increase on the 08/04/2016 and was approved and was to reflect after 3 days and it didn't. Portia you have a passion for your job and I really hope you climb up the ladder on your career.
