Revolving Credit accout keeps growing into negativ

a few years ago I received a personal loan from Standard Bank, a few months ago i viewed the account and noticed that the balance is growing into a negative and the interest is more than the monthly payment.<br> I logged it with Standard bank call centre 4 months ago and I went to the branch and still the issue isnt resolved,<br> nearly everyday I follow up and most times I don't get any reply and when I do get a reply it's to say that they still looking into it. Clearly this is their mistake and they trying to cover it up or they are hoping that I for get about it.<br> the scary part is that the loan is almost triple the initial amount and they just don't care.
