Revoliving Loan Account

I had a loan with this company and i was later retrenched which they told me the insurance will pay.After several years it reoccurred stating that the insurance only paid half which i was not explained to how it work.The Norton attorneys handled the matter and told me i should pay certain amount amount which i did and only to find out that amount was for the loan to stop accumulating interests. Now DALY CREDIT CORPORATION took over the matter and i start paying R500.00 every month since November 2018.At this moment when i request statement from both Standard Bank or Daly Credit Corporation none of the company is willing to provide but my last call with Daly they said its currently sitting at 10K and according to standard bank is still 14K. Can i have answers and statement between this two companies as they work together and one being a representative.
