REVISED PAYMENT PLAN
I have car finance with standard bank .Due to some financial difficulties iI encountered I app**** for a revised payment plan around April 2023 and recieved the approval letter around end of June 2023.The instalment they say I must pay is different from the revised payment plan.This has been going on for the past 5months.Nobody is coming back to me with explanation.It is always escalated.Can I be given an explanation.
