Reversal Standard Bank

I have being to Standardbank Queensburgh in December 2015 have put a stop order which I paid for this,on 1 March 2016 debit order went off my account I went on the same day and signed form reverse it lady told me it will take 2days which hasn't today 07 March I go back to the branch to find out why moneys haven't being reversed the Lady tells me it will take 2days AGAIN she sorry nothing she can do but my wife banks with Fnb and Absa and had same problem but money was reversed in minutes before we exited the bank i think its ridicuolous and will close my account at standard bank and rather open at another bank with better services
