Reversal of unpaid fees , No feedback

I logged a query on 25th Nov , after being in contact with Standard Bank complaints. To date i have had no response or feedback. That is how bad the service is .My original complaint was the reversal of unpaid fees .If they have to refund you , you have to wait weeks on end , but they are so quick to debit once account with unpaid charges.which is uncalled for .
