Returned Debit Order

The transfer immediately reflected as I was able to transfer R5000 into another account at 19H51. The morning of the 25th June I got an SMS that two debit orders have gone off reading as follows: </div> <div> </div> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">"Standard Bank: Stop Order R399.00 TELKOMMOBI ********** ********** 168467; from Acc. <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel:2745. 2016-06-25">2745. 2016-06-25</a> Query?<a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel: ********** 107"> ********** 107</a>"</div> <div> </div> <div>And </div> <div> </div> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">"Standard Bank: Debit Order R1300.00 AFBNK <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel: ********** 5512"> ********** 5512</a> 160; from Acc.<a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel:2745. 2016-06-25">2745. 2016-06-25</a> Query?<a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel: ********** 107"> ********** 107</a>"</div> <div> </div> <div>Please check the date on the above SMS's. This morning I get an SMS that one of the two debit orders were returned:</div> <div> </div> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">"Standard Bank: R399.00 returned to *** from TELKOMMOBI ********** ********** 168467. Acl bal R51550.90 2016-06-26 Query? <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="tel: ********** 107"> ********** 107</a>"</div> <div> </div> <div>I've also attached a screen grab of the SMS's</div> <div> </div> <div>Now as per my agreement with Telkom, my debit order should only go off on the 25th and I did all my relevant transfers on the 24th. My statement on the other hand says different. In my statement it has my Telkom debit order going off on the 24th and also returned on the 24th with an unpaid charge also on the 24th and the money I transferred only reflecting on the 25th and the seconded African Bank debit order correctly going off on the 25th. Why was Telkom processed a day earlier on my statement and correctly via SMS when the agreed date is only the 25th? I also don't understand why it was returned while their were sufficient funds in the account?</div> <div> </div> <div>This is not the first time I have this issue with Standard Bank and this will be the last. I am trying to buy a house and this looks bad in my credit status. Please close my account and my wife's, we will go somewhere else! </div>
