Return Debit Orders

I contacted the call centre on 2nd June 2015 to have 2 debit orders returned. I received 2 sms's to say that the money will be returned and reflected in my account on the 4th June 2015. Today is the 8th June 2015 and my money has still been returned to me and is not reflected in my account. I spoke to someone called hassim or vassim in the call centre and he stated that he woulld come back to me this afternoon, to date nothing from the call centre. I spent 2.5 hours in the woodmead branch on Saturday where they went out of their way to try and assist me. I would to know from Standard Bank when I will be getting my money back..
