Retrieve my R2000 sent via payshap

Hey, On the 23rd of November I sent 2k to an account at capitec that has been blocked ( I didn't know it was blocked) via payshap, instead of the transaction not going through it went and it didn't reflect in the account of the beneficiary neither did it come back to my account. Yesterday I sent R1 again to see if the problem was with capitec or standard bank I used my tymebank to send it failed, when I used my standard bank to send R1 it still went through. I need help to retrieve my 2k
