Retrenchment policy lies

I have 2 personal loans from standard bank. I was retrenched october 2019. I know i have a retrenchment policy on the loans. I have contacted them, emailed my retrenchment letter numerous times. They still try to deduct the monthly debit orders. They have handed me over to attorneys. Get numerous demand emails. Like they just don't care. When i phoned in about my situation, they gave me an email address to where i must send my retrenchment letter, only to get a reply that i must phone the same number that gave me the email address. No wonder they are going down. I give up!!
