RETRENCHMENT CONTRACT

In 2004 I was requested to take a package from standard bank, however they gave me a a whole book to sign, constraint of trade. I still have not received a copy neither have the person above given me a good enough explanation as to why she wanted me to leave my job after 9 years. I have spoken to Human Resources but no response, also she seems to give every employer bad references. Since then I have not been able to earn a descent income etc. I need someone to come to some sort of resolve.
