Retrenchment Claim (Blue Credit Card)

In 2013 September I was retrenched by my employer, At the time I had a blue credit card with Standard bank. I submitted my retrenchment documents at the Standard Bank Festival Mall Branch, I was informed I will get confirmation regarding my claim.<br> <br> Few months later I started getting calls from Attorneys stating my account has been handed over. I called standard bank and was informed the account is already handed over I need to check with the attorneys for further assistance.<br> <br> I need to know why my claim was never submitted if i had retrenchment cover on my Credit card.<br> <br> I sent my query along with my retrenchment documents to cardqueries on the 26 November 2015 I was told I need to forward my query to [Email Removed] which a few emails were sent to the mentioned email. Till date I have not received any responsefeedback.
