Retracted money

Standard bank is bad bank. My first disapoiment with them is that. Their ATMs retracted the money while I was trying to make a deposit after that I immediately went inside the branch and reported the matter, they told me that the money was gonna be deposited to the account number that was meant for it to go. Until now the money have not been deposited. I have went to the branch for so many times regarding the matter but still I can't get help. Second matter is that I changed my phone number at Standard bank and I couldn't perform cellphone banking after that, I went back to try to fix it for so many times but they could not help me. M so frustrated with this bank and thinking of leaving it. Lastly The Branch Anton Lembede street is bad news, nothing is ever fixed there and they are too slow u need to reserve at least two hours if u want to go there. U will be number 4 in queue but wait forore than an hour to get Service. Standard bank fix this thing m tired of traveling to your branch
