Retracted Money
Went to deposit money at standard bank in Blueroute mall this morning 8am and the atm showed retract i never recieved a slip nothing and my money was retracted . I waited for the bank to open consultant assisted me and was very helpful but However no money was refunded to my account yet. I find this unacceptable. I mean its at thier atm not another Atm . I only recieved a sms with refrence but no money.
