Retention upliftment now day 10
Have a house that people have moved in .Documents including happy letter uploaded on 04/05/2015 but attorneys still waiting for retention upliftment.Attorneys to scared to complain might lose future business.Standard bank moving [URL Removed] dept said they need 24 hrs to investigate-to investigate what?-bad service.Won\t take another deed of sale with a Standard bank bond."

I refer to the complaint received and confirm that the Bank did uplift retention on 15 May 2015, and attorney firm have been instructed to proceed.
The attorney had followed correct process to request assistance and confirm that they had informed our client of same.
