Transferred money from my cheque account to a term loan that's paid up. Error on my side. Called them transferred 5 times just for them to reverse the transaction and now it cannot be done I have to go to a branch like what the actual ****. You ****s need to sort it out telephonically because Ur branches are just as dum.
