Retained money

Good day

On 2020/12/18 I withdrew R2200.00 from Standard Bank's ATM in Mount Frere and the device did not dispense my money back then the branch was closed due to covid-19 then I visited the branch on the 26 of January to query about my money and the Consultant assisted me and I was told that they will get back to me immediately when they have traced my money but to my surprise they did not and yesterday 2021/02/15 I visited the branch again and I was told that my account will be credited today 2021/02/16 at 13h00.

My account was not credited and I visited the branch today 2021/02/16 to query about the outcomes and I was told that the manager is busy with meetings he does not have time for my query mind you I'm from rural area and I'm a pensioner that uses SASSA grant to query about one thing over and over again and staff members don't have time for my money maybe its because I'm from a very disadvantaged area or its because of my educational level that makes them treat me like a thrash or something useless my ID number is ***7 089 and I'm Mrs Nokulunga Virginia Gxumisa ***/ ***I would appreciate if the head office can intervene in this matter because I'm tired of being moved from pillar to post by Standard bank employees in Mount Frere branch.
