RESTRUCTURING/EXTENSION APPLICATION

I have a financial problem at the moment because of my divorce and the passing away of my ex husband before the settlement agreement of the divorce was finalised. In August i contacted Standard bank to apply for a restructuring/decrease in my car's instalment for a period of 6 months and I was emailed a form by the Standard bank consultant that i must fill in. I called in a day later to ask for assistance on filling in the form and i was assisted by a lady in the call center on how to do it. I emailed the documents to them and now apparently I am told that i app**** to pay extra R300 on top of my normal instalment which is the opposite of what i was applying for. I stated on the form and the email that I want to pay R1500 over a six month period starting from 31/08/2015 and pay the normal instalment from 29/02/2016 plus the R300 extra to get the account up to date. I have all the emails that i have sent through to them for reference
