Restricted with no reason

Standard bank restricted my account without notifying me and none of their agents can confirm the reason for the restriction that was placed on my account.Been calling their contact centre repeatedly but nothing fruitful comes from it. Been waiting for a team leader to contact me but there is no feedback.I am expecting a funeral payout with the same account that is restricted and the funeral is on Saturday.I will be forced to drop the dead body
