RESTRAINT OF TRADE/ CONTRACT

Today I had a conversation with HR Standard Corporate Merchant Bank, in compliance with my exit in 2004 that was based on a package. No compromise or efforts were made to supply me with the necessary tools in order to take this matter to Labour Law. I signed a contract that I believed was part of a severance package, that turned into a resignation over night. It has stopped me from moving forward in my career as personnel agencies still wish to receive references from previous employers. I was bul**** into believing that my file is no longer in existence. but yet they could respond that my work ethic was incompetence. Thomas advises me that they are not responsible for the action of there ex Managers. But I worked for the corporation for more that 10 years and is an integrated part of my CV. They spoke me down even when I proofed that I have communicated this matter since 2009, when I realised that I was **** to by this corporate magnet. I still insist on my contract as it is my human rights.
