Responded but still not satisfied

It seems like I am kicked from pillar to post.<br> <br> Is there anybody that understands and speaks english???<br> <br> If there is please ask them to contact me.<br> <br> Why is nobody answering this:<br> My debt councellor is saying account 2002*** the balance is 22,608.98, you are saying Balance is R 24416.25 <br> <br> They are saying account 0524*** the balance is R 22,739.80 you are saying Balance is R 22921.89<br> <br> I am querying why your balance is different from my debt councillor. <br> <br> You sent me an updated settlement letter but I am not satisfied as you are running away from explaining why there are discrepencies in the figures.<br> <br> I get a settlement letter at nearly 2pm today, half the day is already gone and you only give me today to settle. I have queries on this and will not settle until I have answers to my questions.<br> <br> Why are the amounts you gave me different from my debt councellor.<br> Your amounts are more. After you have provided this information and have reviewed both accounts. Please send me updated settlement letters for both the accounts together so that I can settle them.<br>
