Resolved query
I wrote a review regarding Standard complaining about an sms that claimed that I was owing them. After reporting it here on HelloPeter standard assigned Thabisile Nxumalo to attend to my case. I am pleased to report that Thabisile managed to resolve my query and yes I was correct my account was settled but collections department didn't write off my account.
