RESIGNATION /INCOMPETANCE

I have had various queries in regards to the above person, I left Standard Bank after 9 years of service as the above person requested me to. However I signed a contract stipulating that I am indeed received a package. I recently found out that in the last 11 years I have been given bad reference's ie incompetence suddenly whe I requested a copy of the reason I was requested to leave. A Thomas phoned me to confirm the file has been demolished, and that there is no way that I can request references from Standard Bank, I also confirmed that I need to leave Standard Bank out of my cv. This is not possible as 9 years of service in witch I recovered 45 mil for the bank in lost ***** items. This has hampered my future career and have been unable to obtain permanent work. I will have no other alternative but to escalate this matter to the Director of Standard Corporate Merchant Bank. I believe that Gabriella Texeira destroyed my file due to un ethical practise. And wish for this to be resolved .If the person is not dealt with I will contact CCMA and other institutions to proceed with Legal action.
